get rid of sadness

1. Prepare the space and time, your soul needs time to recovery.
Give space to yourself. Reduce your expectations and santailah. That is, do not punish yourself if the projects or purposes not materialize as expected.

2. Tell
Look for a close friend to express your feelings. It is important to let your grief with others. Human beings were created to be social. However, this imbangilah by contributing time and space to be alone.

3. Say, "Goodbye."
Make a farewell letter to someone who has left you. That is one of the removal of emotions that can help the healing process. However, not forced yourself. You can do this if you feel that what you are doing it well.

4. Remember the
Gather all the things your memories with your loved ones in the form of photos, gifts, letters, and cards. Show your collection to someone else to help you express your feelings.

5. Cry
Cry if you're ready. You may be shocked and in denial, do not even feel sad for some time, the first hours, or sometimes even several days after the loss. However, when the time emotions began to emerge, let your tears flow.

6. Go out!
Spend the time to drink tea or coffee in the café, around the bookstore, or the streets or in shopping center garden.

7. Seek support.
